Queensland Node

The Queensland node is comprised of Health LinQ and the Research Linkage Group (RLG). Partnership between both centres will ensure innovative research using state and national health datasets.

Health LinQ provides consultation services and facilitates access to linked data. The RLG will operationalise the linkage of datasets, both within the state and nationally.

Established in 2009, Health LinQ is hosted under the auspices of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Queensland. The centre is a collaboration between the University of Queensland, Griffith University, the Queensland University of Technology, James Cook University, Queensland Health, CSIRO, and the State Government of Queensland. The RLG will be based within the Health Statistics Centre at Queensland Health.
